She has more than 20 years experience in not-for-profits and corporate relations and internal communications for organisations such as Nokia Siemens, Lloyds International’s Black Horse Foundation, Fauna & Flora International, Sydney Community Foundation, Optus, Cable & Wireless and AMP. She has worked for Hamel Group for ten years. Kate provides strategic consulting as well as internal and external communications services for organisations and projects implementing major changes. |

Gary Warner Gary has more then twenty years experience as a senior program and operations manager including the sucessful delivery of the $2.3 billion program to introduce the Airbus A380 for Qantas. This program was the overall national winner of the 2009 Australian Institute of Project Management achievement awards. Gary achieves results though his excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to engage at all levels - from the board to the shop-floor, a focus on the business results and his long experience in project management. Grant started his IT career in New Zealand, installing its first corporate frame relay network. He relcoated to Australia to help establish the first competitor to Telstra's Faxstream. After this start-up was bought by a venture captial company - now PGi - Grant moved to Sydney to lead its 165-strong operations and customer service team for PGi Asic Pacific, rolling out managed technology services to eight countries in the region. His operations experience and leadership is now focussed helping Australian companies to accelerate technology projects and build sustainable solutions and teams. Daniel Kupec Daniel has extensive experience managing programs throughout South-East Asia. He managed PGi's Operations Department for Asia Pacific responsible for generating $50 million annual revenue as well as its Projects Department across Asia Pacific responsible for $7 - $10 million per annum.
