Project Health Checks

Our project health-check is a valuable and practical intervention for those projects already underway.  It provides immediate feedback, flushing out and resolving issues in real time.

It is ideal for in-flight projects where there is a concern that objectives will not be met.  The process involves the whole project team in identifying issues and empowers them to resolve issues on-the-spot. 

Unlike many health-checks, Hamel Group engages with the project team face-to-face - issues are resolved immediately rather than providing a written report to be read later.

In many cases our customers find that the health-check process can be enough to turn around a project that may be struggling to meet its objectives.
