We enjoy programs that introduce a high level of risk and delight in the opportunity to turn around those that are not delivering as expected. Working with the management team, we ensure the program structure and organisational changes are in place to deliver the desired business results. Our approach is designed to minimise the impact on existing structure and processes, making changes only where required to achieve the results. When changes are required, we work with the management teams to update the existing processes and organisational structure. We find this is the most effective way to deliver both the program results, and wider organisational improvement. Through the process we actively work to transfer our knowledge and approach to existing teams through coaching and more formal sessions where appropriate.
